Directions
1.

Make a syrup with 4 handful of basil, 1 l water, sugar and the zest of two lemons. Keep it in the fridge for about 5 days. You can use it for other drinks too.

2.

Add the lemon juice, another 500 ml water and boil until the sugar is melted. Let it cool on room temperature and then put it in the fridge.

3.

Strain well, put it in a sealed recipient and keep it in the fridge until serving.
