Directions
1.

Clean the herbs, wash them well and slightly boil them in salted water for about 30 seconds with the garlic.

2.

Drain well and dry them in a kitchen towel. Finely chop them.

3.

Mix well the soft butter with the chopped herbs, wrap it in baking paper and keep it in the fridge to harden.

Chef's advices:
When it's still soft, you can put the butter in a rectangle recipient to take the classical form of butter pack.
