Directions
1.

Put the grinded meat in a bowl, add an egg, grated parmesan, bread crumb and salt. Mix them well, form small balls with your hands and arrange them on a platter.

2.

Put a little oil in a large saucepan, heat it and add the ribs. Fry them well then add the sieved peeled tomatoes and a glass of water.
Cook on medium heat and, as soon as it starts boiling, add the meat balls.

3.

Lower the heat and cook the sauce, with a lid on, for about an hour, stirring from time to time. Add salt to taste at the end.

If the sauce seems too liquid, uncover the saucepan near the end of the cooking time.
