Directions
1.

put the mushroom cream in a pan, dilute it with a mix of half wine, half water ( about a shot of each) and stir well. Bring it to a boil.

2.

Fry the baconand the diced onion, drain, crush and put them in little bowls, add the soup and serve it hot.

This was really good and tasty even though I also left the bacon out.
